SERENITY
GRAND

Serenity Grand is our own home on a mountaintop near Norris Lake, about 5,500 square feet with six bedrooms and three bathrooms, which we are preparing to open to guests in fall 2027. It is planned for groups of up to 14: families, reunions, and friends who want one beautiful place to come back to at the end of the day.

A remodeled kitchen for real group cooking

The kitchen is already fully remodeled, with a large island, double wall ovens, and generous storage and prep space. It will be stocked for group stays, so a big breakfast or a family dinner is easy.

The deck, the pergola, and the view

A large deck with a substantial wood pergola, string lights, and several seating areas looks out over rolling East Tennessee countryside and ridges from about 1,400 feet. Below it, landscaped grounds with stone borders, plantings, a small bridge, and evening lighting.

Six bedrooms and three bathrooms

Every bedroom has a TV. The primary suite is about 600 square feet, with a long double vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower in its bathroom. A second bathroom has a walk-in shower and the third has a bathtub.

Planned for opening: a 1,000 sq. ft. arcade

An attached arcade and game room of about 1,000 square feet, part of the home's 5,500 square feet, is planned for opening. A turf area for cornhole and lawn games is planned for outside.
