Our story
Two people, one mountain, and a villa we built for couples like us.
Mario & Andrea
We're Mario and Andrea. We live in Sharps Chapel, Tennessee, on the same mountain as Serenity Villa, and we built it on our own property in 2024 and 2025 with one guest in mind: a couple who wants to slow down.
Every choice in the villa came from that. One king bedroom instead of three. A hot tub in its own room with a glass wall that lifts open, because a hot tub on a deck isn't private. A sauna you can step into from the hot tub room. A fire pit with two chairs, not eight. A digital pinball machine because we like one. Cariloha bamboo sheets because we sleep on them ourselves.
We opened in 2025 and have hosted more than 80 couples since, with a 4.99 rating on Airbnb and a 10 out of 10 on VRBO. We answer within the hour, we take care of anything that needs attention as quickly as we can, and we read every review. Serenity Grand, a six-bedroom mountaintop retreat for groups, is planned to open in fall 2027.
